NAME


The Association shall be called The Barbados Rifle Association (herein referred to as the Association).
The word "his" shall refer to both male and female persons, individually.


OBJECTS

The Association is formed to promote and encourage marksmanship in Target Shooting in Barbados, to provide facilities for practice and instruction in the use of Target Firearms and to promote and guide the sound development of the shooting sport.


CONSTITUTION

The Association shall consist of a Patron, an Honorary President, a Chairman, one Vice-Chairman, Life Members, Honorary Members, Full Members, Service Members, Temporary Members, Junior Members, Visiting Members, Proficiency Training Members, Non-shooting Members, and its affairs shall be managed by a Council.

AFFILIATION

The Association shall be affiliated to the Barbados Shooting Council, National Rifle Association of Great Britain, the American Shooting Confederation, the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC), or to any other organization as the Council shall see fit, and the Council shall have power to grant affiliation to any local shooting clubs, and to fix the affiliation fee therefore.
