Affiliation Fees
Affiliation fees are payable in accordance with Rule 4 of the Rules and Regulations of the Barbados Rifle Association. Such fees are due on the first working day in January for each year. Any affiliate club, whose fees are in arrears, shall not be entitled to participate in any shoot under International Organization conditions.

Should such fees not be paid for the ensuing year, by 31st March, such club shall cease to be affiliated to the Barbados Rifle Association.

Should any club be desirous of re-affiliation to the Barbados Rifle Association due to not-payment of affiliation fees, such permission may be granted on payment of all arrears, or subject to such other arrangements as the Council of the Barbados Rifle Association may decide.

Any club desirous of terminating its affiliation, shall be entitled to do so, by giving notice in writing to the Secretary of the Barbados Rifle Association to that effect, and paying all fees and other dues for the current year.

Discipline
The Council of the Barbados Rifle Association reserves the right to suspend or to terminate the
affiliation of any club, or to suspend any member of such club, for any breach of these rules and regulations, or for any action, which the Council may decide to be detrimental to the character and interest of the Association, and is the sole authority for the interpretation of these rules and regulations made there under.

However, such club or member shall have the right of appeal at a Special General Meeting of the Association, called for this purpose, and shall be allowed to offer an explanation of such conduct, either orally or in writing. And if thereupon two-thirds of the members of the Association present and voting, shall vote for his suspension or expulsion, such club or member shall:

i In the event of suspension, the period of time shall be determined by the Council of the Barbados Rifle Association, and

ii In the event of expulsion, such club or member shall forthwith cease being affiliated to the Association.

General
No affiliated club shall be affiliated to any other International Practical Pistol shooting organization except permission in writing is obtained from The Barbados Rifle Association.

These Rules and Regulations and amendments were adopted at a Special General Meeting of the Association, held 26 May 1994.
